On Saturday President Biden drew a red line around Hamas’ last refuge —in the Gazan city of Rafah— but Wednesday the president’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan blamed the media for creating the “red line.” Former Secretary Gates was right: Joe Biden has never gotten a major national security issue correct. When Gates first said that it was a decade ago. Biden is still striking out, again and again, and the incoherence is deeply troubling.
