Do you believe in Newspaper Dragons? I don't either but I used to deliver them when I was a kid and I see them on the bottom of parakeet cages and blowing in the wind sometimes. They are words we use to describe our fragmented worlds. Fragmented sentences depicting a fragmented world. We can do better than that. Our words can give us life or death. Let's not believe and make true all this fragmentation. Let's believe and make true God's word--His words of life. Good idea, huh?

An original tune of mine set to an old hymn by W H Gladstone. Many are feeling weary of the lockdowns in the pandemic. Also, some are experiencing spiritual weariness for which I hope, the words will bring some relief and comfort.

I'm happy to introduce to you in this episode, the very first song Eva and I wrote together. It is entitled, "Praise Ditty" and I believe it will uplift your spirits. The poem (which was initially created as a song) is entitled, "Give Praise to God." It was written by Eva and you will eventually hear these words in a song sometime in the future. The teaching is from my book, A Holy Hodgepodge. The chapter is entitled, "Flashlight Eyes."

In this episode I share a song that came in a rather supernatural way. "Jesus Made a Whip of Cords" then another Biblically based creative effort comes your way. The poem is entitled, "Jonah" and I wrap it up with some teaching from my book, A Course in Christianity. The chapter is entitled, "Exploring the Truth on the Internet."
