The moment Debbie Wasserman Schultz tried to explain why Democrats oppose the SAVE Act, she accidentally handed Larry O'Connor the most damning clip of the year. Chris Murphy went on camera claiming that enforcing existing citizenship voting law is Donald Trump "rigging the election" — and Larry dismantles that argument piece by piece, starting with the fact that the citizenship requirement isn't even in the SAVE Act. It's already in the Constitution. What the bill does is enforce it, something Democrats are now prepared to filibuster indefinitely.
