He is an American actor, producer, and director, best known as one of the Baldwin brothers, a family of prominent actors that includes Alec, William, and Stephen Baldwin. He gained recognition for his work in television and film, particularly for his role as Detective Beau Felton on the NBC series Homicide: Life on the Street (1993–1995).

 

Daniel has appeared in a variety of films, including Vampires (1998), Mulholland Falls (1996), and Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man (1991). In addition to acting, he has worked on projects as a producer and director.

 

Daniel Baldwin has had public struggles with substance abuse, which he has openly discussed, using his experiences to advocate for addiction recovery. He has appeared on several reality shows, including Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, and continues to work in the entertainment industry while supporting recovery efforts.
