‘Grateful’ Gaither Vocal Band Thanksgiving Hymn

A group of supremely talented vocalists, the Gaither Vocal Band, performed a catchy, upbeat tune about being appreciative and thankful for what the Lord has done and provided.

The calendar only has one day dedicated to and set aside for giving thanks for the many blessings in our lives. However, having an attitude of thankfulness and gratefulness is something all Christians should possess the other 364 days of the year. Stopping and giving thanks is not only a good habit, but it’s also biblical. Throughout God’s word, and in many different instances, Christians are to give thanks to the Lord.

In a clip posted on YouTube, the five men who comprise the Gaither Vocal Band sing a tune about being thankful and grateful, which is appropriately called “Grateful.”

The five men, joined by a sixth gentleman strumming on the guitar, praise and worship the Lord for what He has done and continues to do in their lives. In the first verse, the guys sing about appreciating the small things often overlooked in our rushed, hurried lives.

They mention how they are thankful for each brand-new day that the Lord gives them. Seeing and feeling the sunshine on their face in the morning, hearing the birds chirp and simply enjoying a cup of coffee are blessings, according to the talented singers.

In the song’s chorus, the singers praise and thank the Lord for allowing them to experience another day on Earth.

“Grateful, grateful
Oh, I’m oh so grateful
Lord, I’m grateful
Grateful for this day”

Thanksgiving is a holiday essentially dismissed by the retailers and the advertisers. Every year, places like Walmart, Kroger and Target quickly go from Halloween to Christmas with their supplies and store décor, completely skipping over Thanksgiving.

But despite the reluctance of some of the massive retailers to recognize the Thanksgiving holiday, it’s one that should get much more attention from everyone, including Christians. Being thankful and grateful should not be confined to one day out of the year but practiced all 365.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 “In everything give thanks: for this is the purpose of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

‘O Little Town Of Bethlehem’ Pentatonix You Log Edition

The popular and Grammy Award-winning vocalist group Pentatonix joined forces with a legendary entertainer for a beautiful and pitch-perfect rendition of the beloved Christmas song, “O Little Town of Bethlehem.”

The biblical story of Christ’s birth is not only about God sending a Savior to the world, but it’s also one about obedience and faith. Many of the characters, from Mary and Joseph to the shepherds, demonstrated a large amount of faith by relying upon the guidance and direction of God despite their fear, worry and anxiety.

The story also shows the lengths God was willing to go to save man from their sins and how far He went. Instead of being delivered by a queen in a palace located in a massive, expansive city, God went the other direction, a very unexpected route. He sent his one and only Son to be born by a scared, frightened virgin in a stable located in a lowly, forgettable little town.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Pentatonix, along with Elvis Presley, sings about the little, unexceptional town where the Savior of the world was born. It’s a delightful, lovely cover of the track, which retells the events of that most holy night when Christ entered the world, forever changing the world.

“For Christ is born of Mary
And gathered all above
While mortals sleep, the angels keep
Their watch of wondering love”

Not only is the latest from Pentatonix a lovely cover of a Christmas favorite, incorporating the voice of Elvis Presley, but the video is also a sight to behold. The video, all 2 minutes and 40 seconds, is a static shot of a picturesque Christmas scene.

Fire burns and crackles in the fireplace as five stockings hang above. A handful of perfectly wrapped presents, two large ornamental candy canes and a gorgeously and intricately decorated tree are also present, creating a scene that appears to have been ripped right out of a Hollywood Christmas-themed film.

Luke 2:7 “And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.”

‘Joy To The World (Joyful, Joyful)’ Phil Wickham Live From The Chosen

One of the biggest names in Christian music, Phil Wickham, is joined by several other musicians as they all express utter joy and excitement over the Savior’s birth.

Several passages throughout the Old Testament foretold the birth of Jesus Christ. He was to come to save the people from their sins, forever changing the trajectory and direction of the world. Many were anxiously looking forward to that moment of the Savior’s birth, hoping to see the One sent by God to change everything.

So, on that most holy night, when Jesus Christ was born in a stable surrounded by barnyard animals, many were more than a little excited. The Savior, who would save men from their sins, had finally arrived! No other song expresses the joy many had to have felt that evening following the baby boy’s arrival quite like “Joy to World.”

In a clip posted on YouTube, Phil Wickham and a few of his closest friends come together for an inspiring, upbeat and joy-filled performance to sing about that moment that changed everything for all. Christ has arrived and they will shout the good news for all to hear!

“Joy to the world, the Lord is come
Let Earth receive her King
Let every heart prepare Him room
And Heaven and nature sing
And Heaven and nature sing
And Heaven, and Heaven, and nature sing”

Christmas is a season full of happiness and joy for this reason alone: Jesus Christ, the Savior, has arrived. Many people gather with friends and family and participate in annual traditions and activities. But all the presents, food, movies and Christmas songs ring hollow if those celebrations are not ultimately about Christ’s birth in that Bethlehem stable all those years ago.

No other birth has meant so much to the entire world, and no other birth ever will.

Joy to the world, indeed!

Matthew 1:23 “Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.”

‘Tunnel’ Third Day Live From The Farewell Tour

Christian and multi-Grammy Award-winning band Third Day turned in an inspiring and moving performance of a song with a positive, upbeat message that encourages listeners to continue fighting and keep going during trying circumstances.

Life is not always an easy or pleasant experience. Overwhelming situations can crop up, leading to extreme pain, hurt and frustration. There are instances when giving up, and throwing in the towel feels like the sensible option. But as much as we may feel like it at times, that’s never the right choice. God has something much better in store, often right on the other side of the hurt and heartache.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Third Day performed their hit song “Tunnel” live in concert to an adoring and raucous crowd who assisted the band by providing their vocals.

The inspiring and uplifting lyrics are for anyone who is currently enduring an overwhelming and difficult period. The track pushes those individuals to keep fighting the good fight, and to never give up because “there is a light at the end of the tunnel for you.”

“There’s a light at the end of this tunnel for you, for you
And there’s a light at the end of this tunnel
Shining bright at the end of this tunnel for you, for you
So keep holding on”

About halfway through the nearly 4-minute clip, lead singer Mac Powell explains why he was initially apprehensive about including the song “Tunnel” on one of the group’s albums. He says he was afraid that the message and the lyrics would get lost in the tune’s loud, boisterous rock sound.

However, he happily admits that he was totally, and completely wrong about his initial hesitancy on “Tunnel.”

“I was, thankfully, realized I was dead wrong about that,” he said. “Because it’s a song that, through the years when we’ve done it, I can literally look out every time we’ve done it and see someone crying. And see someone, a friend beside somebody else consoling them because it's a song that’s helped a lot of people get through some difficult situations.”

John 16:33 “These things I have spoken to you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”

This is an animated music video for "Emmanuel Will Come", a song remembering Chist's first coming, when He showed people the way to God the Father. "Emmanuel" means "God is with us". The song also looks forward to the promised second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. He will come again in power and glory. I hope you enjoy this song, and you will be ready for His second coming.

Choir Of Children Perform ‘All Because Of Him’ New Christmas Hymn

A group of youngsters gave an inspired and emotional performance of a Christmas song about the real meaning and reason for the entire season.

The Christmas season is a wonderful time of year, a statement that is likely to get near 100 percent agreement. It’s a time filled with friends, family, gatherings, gift exchanges and entirely too much food. What is there not to love about all of that? But with so much going on, and with the number of obligations and requirements increasing dramatically during Christmas, it’s easy to get caught up and forget the meaning of all the celebrations and festivities.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a choir of immensely gifted children sing “All Because of Him.” It’s a beautifully written new Christmas song that reminds listeners about that night in a stable in Bethlehem when a baby boy arrived, forever changing the course of history and giving hope to a lost world.

Without the birth of Christ, all the gifts, parties and meals surrounding the Christmas season would be pointless. But thankfully, God sent His one and only Son into the world for our sake. It was a move of love and mercy. As the song correctly states, “No other babe born on earth would change everything for us.”

Because of the baby boy’s birth and His eventual excruciating death on that cross a mere 33 years later, all now have a chance at everlasting life with Him.

“There is strength for the battle
And love that never dims
Hope for a better world
All because of Him”

Gatherings with family and friends, exchanging gifts, singing festive, Christmas-themed songs and sharing a meal or two together are great and terrific ways to spend the holiday season. But we must never forget the real meaning and reason for the season because it’s “all because of Him.”

Luke 2:7 “And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.”

'Needs' Gospel Single From Kirk Franklin

Do you need peace, strength, or grace? Listen to ‘Needs,’ an encouraging single from Kirk Franklin. ‘Needs’ is a soulful style of music mixed with a healthy dose of rhythm and blues. But Kirk’s style is a bit more unique. He manages to add a church choir style with an urban contemporary style. The result sounds like a one-on-one prayer-filled conversation with our heavenly father.

“Show me your face. Fill up this space.
My world needs you right now. My world needs you right now.
I can't escape being afraid. Fill me with you right now.
My world needs you right now.”

This new song is a powerful gospel that carries an important message. It deeply resonates with listeners as it speaks to the challenges and struggles faced in life. Kirk emphasizes the need for Jesus. Kirk delivers this message through his heartfelt lyrics and uplifting melodies. Through Him, we have peace, hope, strength, and forgiveness. Most of all, we need God as our anchor in life’s storms. Kirk encourages listeners to be a source of God’s love for those who are hurting and to let them know they are not alone. This song sheds light on the importance of telling the world to exchange substitutes for the real power of Christ.

Through his music, he aims to inspire and uplift, reminding us of the power of God. No other source can take His place. Make this uplifting song your prayer and sing to Him. Ask Jesus to give you the ability to seek Him first in all circumstances. Let it be a reminder God is truly all we need.

Isaiah 40:31 “But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”

'Scatter' Pat Barrett Live Worship Performance

Award-winning Patt Barrett sings ‘Scatter’ in a live worship performance you don’t want to miss. Patt is an American Christian songwriter and worship singer. His mission is to bring Christ into the center of life for Christians. As a former band member of Housefires and Unhindered, his music experience helps him focus on what matters most as Christ seekers when he creates music. His last album,’ Act Justly, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly’ climbed the charts and reached the number 11 spot on the Billboard’s Top Heatseekers chart.

His latest album titled ‘Shelter’ features the song ‘Scatter.’ This song is an anthem of who we are in Christ as new creations. Regardless of the darkness, circumstance, or situation, if we are in Christ, the darkness flees. What a powerful truth to remember in all circumstances! Even if we don’t know what the future holds, we can rest in God’s promises that He does.

Pat’s live performance will give you goosebumps as he belts out declarations of victory! We don’t need need to be afraid of the darkness because God pours out His light. Standing in a studio surrounded by fellow musicians Pat sings as if he’s having a deep conversation with a friend.

“‘Cause when we praise, when we praise
The enemy scatters Oh in Your name
In Your name strongholds shatter, (Yeah)”

The lyrics weave God’s Word into this worship song as we lift up our voices and declare God is our King of kings. The beautiful message of this song is how God can make beautiful beginnings from the ashes of tragedy. He can weave all things together for our good because He is good. What a beautiful reminder God is not deterred by the darkness around us. May this uplifting performance remind you God is actively working behind the scenes of your life. He is still the God of victory and the God of answered prayers.

John 9:5 “While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”

'Miracle' Riley Clemmons Official Music Video

Are you in need of some faith today that God can work in beautiful ways? Check out 'Miracle' by Riley Clemmons' official music video.

Riley plays tenderly at a piano in an old historic home. She sings sweet melodies about the Lord at work in her own personal journey. She has a beautiful string quartet in the background and starts the chorus as she sings out her heart that she believed miracles had to be something grand. However, her miracle really is the person right in front of her.

As we ponder all of the people that this could be, we think about the loved ones in our own lives. We remember our spouses, children, parents, friends, and neighbors.

God is working every day in relationships; He is doing miraculous things among us, and so often, we can forget this is the case. As we listen to this beautiful song, may it encourage us that the Lord is working behind the scenes.

He is on the move. We may not call something a miracle, but He truly is working miracles every day in our lives.

Riley is dressed in antique-style clothing in front of the beautiful historic home, singing this song. We get the idea from the choice of contrast from this time period to today that the Lord was working then and still is working today. It is a very creative and interesting setting for this song.

Everything was seemingly simpler during this time period, but it did not mean that God was not working in equally incredible ways. Maybe you feel like he is not working in miraculous ways in your life?

Take some time to reflect during this video on how he is moving around you in the mundane.

“He is the one you praise; he is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes.” Deuteronomy 10:21

'Amen' Natalie Layne Official Music Video

In this very artistic music video, we see some incredible visuals and hear a sound of hope. Check out: ‘Amen' Natalie Layne official music video.

The clip starts out with an amazing light show and a young woman dressed in white at a piano. Other singers dressed in black join in singing with her.

The chorus goes:

People are helping people
Making space at the table
And I'm finding a little bit of that kindness
There's still good in the crazy world we're living in

Natalie is spreading an impactful message that there are still a lot of ways in which God is working through people that are often overlooked today. We can see the hurt and hear the hate, but there are still great reasons to “amen.” There have been a lot of difficult divisions and challenges in this world.

It is easy to view the world from the perspective of only seeing the enemy at work. If we are not careful, the negative and the worries can bog us down to where we never see the good. Christ has overcome, and His Spirit is moving each and every day. Natalie is desiring to shed some light on the joy and the positive parts of life. She is reminding us to have hope and see the good.

We could all use a little more of the “glass half full” approach. Yes, sin exists, and pain is real, and we should be authentic in that struggle, but so often, we forget to live victoriously and joyfully each day.

The Holy Spirit helps our cups to overflow and celebrate the good and the amazing ways the Lord is working in the midst of our mundane. This song does a great job of reminding us of that.

“Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—” Psalm 103:1-2

'Just A Closer Walk With Thee' Jimmy Fortune Sings At Larry's Country Diner

Country intertwined with jazz creates the perfect peppy musing of ‘Just A Closer Walk With Thee,’ as Jimmy Fortune sings at Larry’s Country Diner.

You are absolutely in for a real treat. Larry’s Country Diner is a unique down-home show taped in front of a live audience. It features special appearances by legendary country music artists. The show’s wholesome content and fun episodes have turned it into a bellowed show watched by 1.4 million people every month. The only drawback for the audience is no real food. The pitchers and napkins on the tables are for props, but they don’t seem to mind. Instead, smiles and tapping feet can be seen as the band strikes up the beginning notes of ‘Just A Closer Walk With Thee.’

I am weak, but Thou art strong,
Jesus, keep me from all wrong,
I'll be satisfied as long
As I walk, let me walk close to Thee.

This song was written and performed by Kenneth Morris and Sallie Martin. It has become a beloved and favorite praise song over the years. Jimmy Fortune does a fabulous job performing dressed in a blue vest, and jeans, and strumming his guitar. With a smile on his face, he can’t help but dance to the rhythm. The legendary country singer had been a part of the Statler Brothers for over two decades before he embarked on a solo career. Jimmy released a gospel album and teamed up with Gaither Studios to play worship music around the world.

No matter who Jimmy is with or what stage he is on, his love for music and the Lord shines brightly. May Jimmy’s performance at Larry’s Country Diner be a blessed part of your day.

This song is the perfect way to give the Lord praise with an uplifted spirit and a pep in our step.

Colossians 2:6 “Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him.”

'Manger Throne' Phil Wickham Official Music Video

You’ll be glad you watched ‘Manger Throne’ by Phil Wickham in the official music video.

Phil does it again! He wrote a song worthy of God’s praise that brings us to our knees in reverence for Jesus’ sacrifice. This time around, it’s added a special twist. Phil sings about how Christ came into the world and was laid to rest in His ‘manger throne.’

How fitting are those words? Who knew a little babe lying in a manger would one day rule the world, who would one day be our king and savior?

From heaven to the cradle
From cradle to the cross
Let heaven and nature sing
This is our King

The song debuted in October and has already garnered over 141,800 views with fans praising God and thanking Phil for his musical abilities. One avid fan wrote, “Phil what can I say that I haven't already. Tears flowing down my cheeks is all I have. Thank you for this incredible song to sing in praise & worship to King Jesus this Christmas season & every day! God bless!”

Another viewer pointed out that Phil has been anointed by God through the use of his musical talents to bring strangers to Christ. She wrote, “God has so anointed you Phil to lead us in worshipping our King and Savior. Praise to our King! He alone is worthy of all of our praise, today and forever more.

“Such a beautiful song! You will never stop amazing me with your talent!  Merry Early Christmas,” wrote another viewer who is looking forward to Christmas. With songs like this that get right to the heart of the meaning of Christmas, I look forward to Christmas, too. What a beautiful way to praise the Lord for all He has done for us. We hope you enjoyed listening to Phil Wickham sing ‘Manger Throne,’ and it blessed your soul today.

Isaiah 9:6 “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

A Cappella Choirs Sing 'We Need A Little Christmas'

A Cappella Choir sings ‘We Need A Little Christmas’ and you don’t want to miss this rendition.

The popular Christmas song is originally from the1966 Broadway musical ‘Mame.’ The music group Voctave picked up the song and recreated it with their sensational and harmonizing octaves. They hit each note with passionate precision and you can’t help but sing along. Voctave is an 11-member a cappella group that was formed to create music from Disney and he posted it to YouTube.

They quickly gained popularity and they formally created the band Voctave. Today the group sings a wide variety of music from Disney, jazz, Broadway, and Christmas music. Formed in 2015, they’ve been blessed to share their talent worldwide.

Dressed in their favorite Christmas sweaters and full of pep, you can’t help but smile and wonder if isn’t too early to deck the halls and pull out the holly. This group will take you back to the moment in your heart when Christmas feels magical and hopeful.

I’m ready to pull out the Christmas tree and put up the manger scene. I want to usher in the season that is full of warmth, merriness, and joy as we anticipate the day Jesus came into this world.

For we need a little music, need a little laughter
Need a little singing ringing through the rafter
And we need a little snappy, happy ever after
We need a little Christmas now

Just listen as this 11-member crew belts out the powerful words that remind of us the goodness and cheer of the Christmas season. And can you believe there are absolutely no instruments used in this song? The way these talented musicians sing together so flawlessly is beyond remarkable.

Music is a powerful way to rejoice and praise the Lord’s glorious gift of Jesus to save mankind in a fallen world. Let us rejoice and celebrate the Christmas story of Jesus' birth with Christmas songs and carols. We hope you enjoyed this enlightening song about the Christmas season.

‘Mary, Did You Know?’ Wynonna Judd Christmas Performance

A country music legend, Wynonna Judd, turned in a beautifully stunning performance of a classic Christmas tune, “Mary, Did You Know?”

There are hundreds of Christmas songs that become mighty repetitive and worn out by the time Christmas Day rolls around every year. From secular to religious, those songs cover a variety of topics, subjects and figures. Several tunes mention an old and jolly overweight man who dresses up in red and then spends Christmas Eve sneaking into houses. Other songs talk about reindeer, the frightful weather and chestnuts cooking atop an open flame.

However, few mention Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, the woman who gave birth to the Son of God in a lowly manger all those years ago. In a clip posted on YouTube, Wynonna delivers an outstanding performance of “Mary, Did You Know?”

The song is basically a series of questions, with the singer asking Mary what she knew and when. The track poses the questions, asking if Mary understood the magnitude of that birth and her child. Did she know her baby boy would grow up to change the world, saving man from his sins?

“Did you know that your baby boy
Has come to make you new?
This child that you delivered, will soon deliver you”

Mary was a young woman entrusted with a tremendous amount of responsibility. God even sent one of His angels to inform Mary about the massive, world-changing task ahead of her. While an angel of God told her about her yet-to-be-born child, there is no way she could have ever fully understood, at that moment, what His birth would mean for all of humanity.

“Mary, Did You Know?” is a beautifully written song that emphasizes the importance of and the world-altering mission of the baby boy born to a virgin in a manger by asking Mary several pointed and direct questions.

Luke 1:38 “And Mary said, ‘Behold, the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.”
