Dennis Buettner's wife was expecting twins. He wanted to have them Baptized down at the river where he lived. He had everything figured out except - there was no Baptism Song anywhere to be found. He had written songs before and within 10 minutes the words to The Baptism Song flowed from his heart. People have loved the song over the years.
