This song came to me when I was at the point of giving up! I cried out to God for help and prayed these words with tears running down my face. He immediately delivered me, and took my burdens away! I am not saying that everything was okay again, but I knew that Christ took my burdens into his care. I was finally, fully, trusting in Him. Months later I was sitting in front of my computer and I asked myself:"Why haven't I wrote a song about that experience of Gods immediate answered prayer?" I started writing, and these are the words that came to me! I hope you all enjoy it!

Jesus Christ was crucified, died, and was put in a tomb. on the third day He rose from that tomb, alive. He accomplished for us what we could never imagine, justifying us before God the Father, by the blood that He shed on our behalf. HE IS ALIVE.

Hi...I'm on YouTube almost every day and attempt songs, half of which I don't even know...What better way to defeat my clinical depression and low self esteem issues,....it makes me feel happy...ISN'T THAT WHAT REALLY MATTERS? "If someone has something bad to say about you, it's probably because they have nothing good to say about themselves."....
Surrendering our heart to Jesus entitles us to adoption as children of God, and joint heirs with Jesus Christ. Trust him today and see for yourself. Taste and see that the Lord God is good.
Five months ago my mom had a major stroke. We've been taking care of her for 3 months - total care Hospice. It has been a challenging time for us, but we are learning a lot and pulling together as a family. God helped to write this song last week, and we sang it at church on Mother's Day. I hope to upload a version with the commentary included, too.
