It is meant to bring hope to those whose lives seem to be lying in rubble; have believed the lie that the chains of despair or life-dominating issues are inescapable and immutable; and come to the point that they have nothing left but the Lord Jesus Christ and His relentless mercy. This is where they experience His eternal ability and eagerness to restore, relieve, and transform the shattered hearts, minds, and souls of the once hopeless.
