An original song to encourage us to lean on the Lord in trust and know His strength.

It is a KJV composition of scripture verses set against a backdrop of Seasonal pictures. For "Psalm 148", I chose certain selected verses from this psalm to be the song verses and a chorus. Of course it is set to a pleasant melody.

"Turn Back" is a song about repentance

1John 1:5 says that God is light and in Him exists no darkness at all. Sometimes we can feel like we done too much wrong, it's too late for us, or that God has given up on us. Nothing can be further from the TRUTH!
1John 1:9 says that IF we CONFESS our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us of ALL unrighteousness. Jesus is calling us all to turn away from the darkness and back into His Light.

"Everything’s Grey" is a song about absolute truth

In a world that is full of doubt, deception, unsureness, insecurity, anxiety, and double-mindedness, it has become extremely difficult to discern the difference of Truth from lies, Love from lust, Hope from wishful thinking, Absolute from the symbolic, Discipleship from philosophy, and Right from wrong. The enemy is out there and has been blurring the black & white lines of reality to distort the Truth and to make everything seem grey. Absolute Truth is out there and can be found only in Jesus Christ.

1Corinthians 14:33 states “For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.” Malachi 3:6 says “I am the Lord, and I do not change…” John 14:6 Jesus said … “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”

Fade Into Darkness is a song about the war that is raging on the inside of every living human being between what is right and wrong. For the Christian, the desires of the flesh are often opposed to that of the Holy Spirit and bring a person who has been walking in the light into a place of darkness.

1John 1:5-7 Says “ For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.” Scripture says our enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for to destroy us (1Pet 5:8). We need to choose to walk in the light so we do not fade into darkness.
1John 1:5-7 states “ This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.”
