Christine D’Clario | 2025 GMA Dove Awards (red carpet)

Christine D’Clario caught up with GodTube Music’s Brandon Woolum on the red carpet at the 56th Annual GMA Dove Awards, sharing her heart for connecting people across languages, cultures, and generations. “Jesus is the ultimate bridge,” she said. “We’re called to lead people to Him — and language is part of that mission.” Christine reflected on how a new generation of bilingual believers is rising, including her own kids, whom she affectionately calls “Texaricans,” blending English and Spanish seamlessly in life and worship.

Love is the Golden Rule

Treat people with love, dignity, and respect because that is how you wish to be treated. - Never, and I mean NEVER assume anything - I can’t tell you how many times this has gotten me into trouble. It’s so easy to assume things, but the truth is, we have such a limited understanding about most situations. Accept the fact that we don’t know everything, especially about other people. Their intentions, their current reality, situations they don’t talk about openly, what is actually happening behind the scenes. So if and when the time is appropriate, just ask. It usually opens our eyes to find out things are often different than we thought they were. There is so much more than meets the eye - When we can understand this concept at it’s very core, we will be much better off. Less offended by the friend who didn’t text back right away. Less upset by the cashier that is ‘taking forever’. Less quick to judge the mom in the park who is on her phone. When you can allow for less judgement and more understanding and grace, your viewpoint on life will change significantly.

When I feel the touch of your hand upon my life & Jesus take me as I am

This song was written by Keri Jones and David Matthews, and people have wished they' added more verses. Well, in Norway, they did, so that explains why the texting doesn't always seem to match. I have put together 3 versions of it, and at the end comes Jesus take me as I am, where I have tweaked some of the Norwegian version, but did not actually write the original.

The heart of worship.

Anne Wilson Calls Out for Jesus in 'Carry Me' Official Music Video

Anne Wilson calls out for Jesus in the official music video for her song “Carry Me.” The Christian country musician’s latest hit song is a powerful plea for Christ’s help. Watch the short but moving clip to listen to and see the official music video for Anne Wilson’s song “Carry Me.”

The world is often a cold, cruel and unkind place. Kindness, love, mercy and compassion are sorely lacking in much of society, with many people struggling just to get by, hoping to make it through another day. Sadly, getting through a 24-hour period is a big win and accomplishment for many people, far too many.

For one reason or another, many individuals feel as if the weight of the world is riding on their shoulders. To make the situation significantly worse, no matter what they do, they cannot get ahead or alleviate any of the pressure or stress they are feeling. It’s a constant struggle, where the pain and the pressure are unrelenting, never subsiding for even a moment. This type of situation is enough to drive even the sanest, most mentally healthy person to the brink.

However, we aren’t supposed to go through this life alone, shouldering every care and concern. Christ calls us to cast all our cares and burdens upon Him. He will give the tired and the weary rest. That is precisely what Anne sings about in “Carry Me.”

She sings about being pushed to the brink and feeling as if she is carrying the weight of the entire world. She is attempting to bottle up all her feelings and remain entirely composed, but it’s clear that she’s struggling to do so. At the very end of the song, Anne, in her desperation, feeling as if she has nowhere else to go, calls out to Jesus Christ to carry her.

What a beautiful song that perfectly captures the place and state of mind many people find themselves in. They are weary and burdened, struggling to stay afloat. But we don’t have to go about this by ourselves. Christ is there to shoulder the burden and offer rest.

Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are troubled and weighted down with care, and I will give you rest.”

Trio Delivers Moving Rendition of ‘There’s Something About That Name’

Check out this moving rendition from a talented trio of the song ‘There’s Something About That Name.’ The singers in the video are The Martins, a music vocal trio composed of three siblings: Joyce Martin Sanders, Jonathan Martin, and Judy Martin Hess. They have a lovely sound, and the way their voices blend together sounds so heavenly!

‘Jesus, Jesus, Jesus; there's just something about that name.
Master, Savior, Jesus, like the fragrance after the rain;
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, let all Heaven and earth proclaim
Kings and kingdoms will all pass away, but there's something about that name.’

‘There’s Something About That Name’ was written in 1970 by Bill and Gloria Gaither. Gloria says the song came to them out of a personal experience that confirmed the power and effect the name of Jesus had on their everyday lives. There really is something so special about the name of Jesus. No wonder so many songs and hymns have been written about His name!

When it comes to The Martins, their sibling group rose to national and international success during the 1990s, showcasing their stunning and distinctive harmonies before a vast array of audiences. Over the years, the group garnered eight Dove Awards from the Gospel Music Association, as well as a prestigious Grammy nomination.

The siblings decided to take a break in 2003 and pursue individual music careers, but they reunited in 2010 and were stronger than ever. In 2011, they released their first new recording together in 10 years. In 2013, the group returned to the studio to record The Martins A Cappella. This recording earned The Martins a Grammy nomination for Best Roots Gospel Album.
Most recently, The Martins produced their latest recording, Still Standing.

There is nothing like a family singing together, and these siblings use their voices to encourage others and bring God glory. We hope you enjoyed listening to their rendition of ‘There’s Something About That Name.’

Chilling Acoustic Rendition of ‘How Great Is Our God’

This chilling acoustic rendition of “How Great Is Our God” will give you goosebumps. It’s a powerful and moving performance of the classic tune beloved by many. Watch the short, awe-inspiring clip to listen to this jaw-dropping performance of “How Great Is Our God,” a song that is near and dear to the hearts of many.

Music is universally beloved. We all share a love of music. Appreciating the beautiful sounds musicians create is one of the few things we can all agree upon in these highly polarized, incredibly divisive times. Seriously, can you name someone who doesn’t enjoy listening to music, at least some form of it?

However, things become dicey when you start talking about specific genres, bands, musicians and songs. Everyone has an opinion on this or that band or on that song. If you’re not careful, things could devolve into a heated argument, much like every other topic and subject today.

Despite that, there are still some songs that are universally loved. Some songs are so powerful and beautifully written that they transcend genres, obtaining likes from fans of all musical genres. If you like music, chances are you enjoy these specific, limited tunes. One of those songs that fits perfectly in that category is Chris Tomlin’s “How Great Is Our God.” You don’t even have to be a fan of Christian contemporary music to appreciate that power and the message of that song.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Stephen McWhirter performs “How Great Is Our God,” and it’s an outstanding cover that you’ll want to return to repeatedly. The powerful and moving lyrics, combined with his distinct, unmistakable voice, are what help to set this cover apart from so many others who have sung and performed “How Great Is Our God.”

Stephen’s rendition of this Chris Tomlin tune is head and shoulders above nearly every other cover you’ll hear of this praise and worship song. It’s that good!
